Nina was quite literally kicking a rock around at a park, into a clump of weeds, out of a clump.
She was so bored, so she sat down under a tree as the sky was bright blue.
"Just close my eyes for one second..."
BAM! Nina awoke with a squeak as she looked around tiredly. "What the?!" The sky was dark, lit with fireworks being set off to celebrate 2013 coming into the world. Grumpily, she sat down next to you on a bench in front of the fireworks, wincing as one of the high pitched squeaky ones was set off.
"Why me?" she sighed, slinking down on the bench.
